We're seeking a Professional Civil Engineer with expertise in Water & Wastewater Treatment, to join a multidisciplinary firm providing comprehensive architectural and engineering design services across various sectors. Projects make a real difference in the community, from schools to treatment plants. Responsibilities: Lead project teams to success in water and wastewater treatment projects Develop proposals, scopes, and fees Manage planning, modeling, and regulatory compliance Build successful relationships with clients, staff, and authorities Present at hearings, commissions, and council meetings Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering PE registration in TX (ability to obtain in NM & OK) Minimum 4 years of civil design experience, with preference for water and wastewater treatment design Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS preferred Strong project management skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and analytical skills Benefits: Competitive annual salary range $110,000 - $120,000 Medical, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance Pre-tax programs for childcare and healthcare Paid time off Employer-funded retirement plan Short and long-term disability Flexible work schedule and professional development opportunities Equal opportunity employer Powered by JazzHR
