Supply Coordinator DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and Supply Coordinator Full Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday ** $19.00-21.00/hour ** (based on experience and shift differentials) St. Margaret's Center , an affiliate of Center for Disability Services offers hope, innovation, and achievement to the people we support. We are looking for a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and Supply Coordinator to become part of our team at St. Margaret's Center located in Albany, NY. St. Margaret's Center is a 94-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term, long-term, and respite care to children and young adults with disabilities. Our dedicated team of professionals delivers individualized care focusing on the unique needs of our residents. To learn more about St. Margaret's Center, please check out our Virtual Tour: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VK653y26h8U Requirements for a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and Supply Coordinator : High School Diploma or Equivalent Associate's degree in field of Business or Medical Office Assisting, Business Administration or a related field preferred. At least 1 year of job-related experience, specifically in Supply/Stock Room Coordination, Durable Medical Equipment, Purchasing, Business Office Setting. Position requires routine lifting, bending, pushing, pulling in the course of handling files and supplies, etc. Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position. Responsibilities for a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and Supply Coordinator : The DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and Supply Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining DME, medical supplies, and inventory within St. Margaret's Center, while meeting all regulatory requirements of the life safety codes, and ensuring par levels are maintained. Works closely with the Clinical Care Coordinators and Nursing Management to ensure par levels are maintained throughout the facility.
