You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Follow the team plan• Team player• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Database and CRM• Good communication• Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Real Estate License Required• Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
