We are a rapidly growing privately held insurance agency in the DFW area. We are catering to the Automotive Dealership vertical. We are seeking to bring on young insurance talent to mentor and grow with the company. This position will take over an established book of business in the State of Texas and be tasked with continuing to grow it. Excellent compensation is offered while you train, $1200 a month car allowance, and many other benefits. Responsibilities:• Prospect new business from existing clients, program business channels, and identified target groups and leads given by Frost producers and bankers• Contact prospects for the purpose of providing a quote and making sales appointments• Service assigned accounts while contacting potential new customers• Survey prospects to determine insurance needs• Inspect current insurance policies, risk management plans, property, products, and records• Develop and deliver formal insurance proposals, including information concerning coverage, limits, deductibles, and other pertinent details• Conduct client and prospect appointments to discuss proposals and renewals, explaining all details while communicating a desire to conduct business Qualifications:• 1 - 3+ years of Commercial Insurance experience• Insurance License (P&C)• MUST reside within the DFW metroplex Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly About Company: Our mission is to organically grow our independent agency to assist as many clients as possible and mitigate risk.
