Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, improvement efforts, and educational program design. Providing nursing care is also essential. A minimum of three years' relevant experience is desired. Registered Nurse Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job. LOCATION: Baylor Scott & White Health Medical Center Lake Pointe, Rowlett, Texas SPECIALTY/DEPARTMENT: 3 North, Med Surg and Telemetry unit SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Full time days including working with the night and weekend shifts QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - Bachelor's - MAJOR - Nursing - EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience - CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
